Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil is a waterproof formula with a creamy, velvety-soft consistency. Upon application, the formula stays creamy for about 30 seconds allowing ample time for blending before it starts to dry and provide a long-lasting finish.
This creamy formula was created containing 50% moisturizing ingredients. It contains Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, and Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

I find it quite hard to remove.
