Hi,

I was diagnosed with traumatic mydriasis after blunt injury to eye resulting also in orbital floor fracture. Week one the pupil was fixed and dilated and showed no reaction to light.

Now there is a sluggish small reaction to light but it does not shrink to normal size it's only slight.

Could this be evidence of recovery?

This is a sign of recovery but if the iris sphincter muscles were damaged there will not much improvement.
