Types of Air Optix Lenses
1- Air Optix Aqua Contact Lenses
It is daily contact lenses which can be used by patients who wear contact lenses for long hours and who feel eye dryness or tiredness late in the day.
It is bi-aspherical lens which means that the front and the back surface of the lens are aspherical. It can be used also for extended wear up to 6 nights.
2- Air Optix For Astigmatism
This type of lens has aspheric front surface and toric back surface. It can correct astigmatism up to -1.75. It can be wear on daily basis up to 6 nights extended wear.
3- Air Optix Aqua Multifocal
They can give clear near, intermediate and distance images for presbyopic patients. The center optical zone is for near while the peripheral optical zone is for distance vision.
4- Air Optix Aqua Night and Day
With the highest oxygen transmission of any silicon hydrogel contact lens, these contact lenses can work around the clock. It is FDA approved for daily wear and extended wear of up to 30 nights.
