Right Eye: Cylinder  -2.50 D with axis 5 degree

Left Eye: Cylinder -2.50 D with axis 180 degree

Hi,

I am 36 years old. I was using CYL -1.75 IN RIGHT side and CYL -1.5 in left side.

Yesterday i checked my power and it is CYL -2.5 AND AXiS is 5 degrees in Right side and CYL -2.5 and AXIS is 180 degree in the left side sir.

Please let me know this power is dangerous or normal for me.Please advise me any supplement for reducing my power.

Thanks for your Question

The power is not dangerous but it is very important to know when was your last time you checked the refractive power of your eye and if these changes are new or sudden or gradual over years.

If gradual though years nothing to worry about, while sudden changes you should do corneal pentacam or corneal imaging test to know what is the cause of this change.
