Question

Hi,

I have been taking Duotrav (1 drop in each eye daily) for high eye pressure for about a year. I have now been prescribed Azopt for the left eye (1 drop twice a day), but am not sure if I have to continue with the Duotrav in the left eye.

Thanks

Answer

Thanks for your Question

You should continue using duotrav in your left eye with azopt. It seems that your intraocular pressure is not well controlled with duotrav alone and your eye doctor add azopt to reduce more the intraocular pressure in the left eye.
