Hi Doctor,

I have high intraocular Pressure and i use all types of eye drops for glaucoma. Please suggest how to reduce eye pressure

There are many alternatives ways or methods to treat high intraocular pressure other than eye drops. There is laser for example as Selective laser trabeculoplasty can be very helpful.

You mentioned you have cataract, sometimes cataract eye surgery can be also helpful to reduce intraocular pressure. There are also surgeries for glaucoma such as trabeculectomy, express shunt, Canaloplasty and trabectome.
