Hi,
I heard that my daughter having eye sight -3.0 D and doctor suggested her to were glasses but instead of glasses wat care we can take care.

Thanks for your Question
She should wear the eyeglasses all the time to prevent Amblyopia. This is the only way available now for her age. After age 18 years she can do refractive surgery such as lasik.
