Hi,

I am very excited to use this product Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner CD2900, but once i started using it for the first time, i found out a white spot form on the monthly (soft)contact lens using a regular cleaning button (2mins).

I was disappointed. so i've decide to throw it away but before doing it so, i tried once again in strength mode (6mins) maybe it would help removing the spot, but i just worsen, the other lens also has a spot.

I think the device burnt out my contact.. Don't know what's wrong the device or maybe the material of my contact?

Any advice?

Thanks for your question

You have to be sure that the contact lenses you have can be disinfected by using ultrasonic cleaner because some types can only be disinfected by chemical disinfection.
