Hi,

I am 80 years old and i Had cataract operation which was difficult,required sutures to close wound This was march.Now I am unable to see in sunlight due to severe flashes.

My ophthalmologist examined my eye said nothing sinister there,he then laddered my eye, He scanned my retina,macula etc This resulted in no change and My eye continues to be bloodshot and sore.

It is a very sad thing when vision us worse after operation,they water most of the time. Systane eye drops 3 hourly. No effect Pains in temple,been checked for after itis,NAND Hypothyroidism thyroxine 75 Cardiac arrhythmia diltiazem am 60 tds Aspirin 100 mg daily.

I would advice you to visit another doctor and to examine the intraocular pressure and the periphery of the retina.
