Question
Hi,
I am 27 years old, female, nearsighted with a strong astigmatism. Have worn glasses since 4th grade, have had no other eye or general health concerns or surgeries, do not use eye drops or wear contact lenses.
The past two weeks I have had an increase in blurriness in my right eye only, after using the computer for more than 10 minutes, or looking close range for an extended period. I had an eye appointment 10 days ago and he said that the astigmatism in my right eye had increased, but the rest of the eye health appears fine.
I just picked up my new glasses and while the clarity of my distance vision has improved, my right eye gains the blurriness again after using the computer or close vision. I have no pain or headaches, just the blurriness and sometimes I can't open my right eyelid all the way.
What may be causing this? Do I need to see a specialist? Or is my prescription just not quite right?
Thanks

hanks for your Question
I would recommend that you visit your eye doctor as soon as possible. You might have some corneal problem and you need to do imaging for the cornea.
