Hello sir,

My name is Sivaprasad,i have eye sight of -6.0 to both eyes.is their any treatment to reduce my eye sight?i do not have interested to wear spectacles.

Please suggest me a solution for this.

Here are the treatment options of High Myopia

1- Eyeglasses.

2- Contact lenses

3- Lasik and PRK. Lasik can correct up to -10.0 D But it depends mainly on corneal thickness in which the higher the refractive error, the thicker the cornea should be.

4- Clear lens extraction. This type of surgery usually done for patients with higher refractive errors than -6.0D.

5- Phakic Intraocular lens Implantion. This is a good choice for patients with high refractive errors who aren't good candidates for Lasik surgery.
