You have something called multiple pigment epithelial detachments or PEDs. That are mnay causes of it and yu should have systemic workout to find out the cause of it. Sometimes it is idipathic and without any causes.

Some of the causes are central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR),polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, age related macular degeneration,systemic hypercortisolism, Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada disease, malignant hypertension, renal disorders and in acute leukemia.
