Hi,

Ever since the eclipse i started feeling nautious and my stomach has had pains,  I look at it about 30 seconds with the glasses on and on accident I look at it for about 3 seconds with out the glasses on, i need to know what steps i should take and what I need to do.

Solar eclipse can cause damage to the epithelial layer of the cornea and cause dryness and epithelial defects which usually occur immediately after the exposure and you will feel pain and foreign body sensation and usually are self limited and might need lubrications with no permanent damage.

Solar retinopathy occurs when the retina is affected and can occur immediately after the expsoure or within 1-2 weeks and it can cause temporary or permanent visual loss.

If you notice any changes in your vision you should contact your eye doctor
