Hi,
Dr Changes My prescription from +0.85 D to +1.0 D but the optical shop said that it is not a noticeable difference and they say why the increase.
So is this prescription noticeable or am i wasting money ?

It is insignificant changes. You have to try both of them in the optical shop and see if you notice any difference. If not, there is no need to change.
