Hi,

The right side of my eye shows a red spot, looks like a blood spot. It is happens for the first time. No other pain.

What should i do?

This is called subconjunctival Hemorrhage. It is a benign self-limited condition. No treatment is required and it will resolve by itself within 2-3 weeks.
