Hi,
I have problem in my right eye. I can't see properly from right eye. It is very serious and I also pain in that eye. It usually becomes red.

You should visit your eye doctor . It is difficult to give you the diagnosis of your condition without full examination of your eyes.
There are many causes of red eye with pain and blurred vision such as glaucoma, uveitis, corneal abrasion, foreign body and corneal abrasion with infections.
Each has different way of treatment and without examination we can't decide.
