Hi
I have myopia in my both eyes and my eyeglasses number is - 4.0 D in my both eyes. I feel headache when I wear them for long time.
Can I wear my distance glasses for reading books. If I use them for reading books is there any risk for eyes.

You should wear your eyeglasses for far and near distance all the time to reduce visual fatigue and eye strain.
You should visit your eye doctor or optometrist to make sure that you have the correct refractive power and also for full eye examination and ocular motility to make sure that are no other causes of headache.
