Good Morning Sir,

My name is Akhil Gopi from India and now residing at United Arab Emirates.

My right eye suffered from frequent eyelid(top) swelling during the past years and I visited eye hospital for medication a lot and the pain and problem got solved. But the problem now is my right eyelid top is still bulgy and I recently noticed it looking at my photos. Kindly look at the pictures I attached.

Please help me to reduce the bulged eyelid by suggesting some home remedies Sir.

This is not swelling. This is something called dermatochalasis which is excess of the ski in the upper or lower eyelid. There are many causes of it such as genetic predisposition, trauma, facial or local nerve palsy, smoking, etc

The treatment of this condition is surgical upper eyelid blepharoplasty but further workup and clinical examinations required before the surgery.
