Hi,

Good day i just want to ask how severe my vision are:

Right eye
+1.25 sph -0.75 cyl 57 axis

Left eye
+.0.5 sph

Do i need to wear spectacles?

You have mild refractive error with hyperpia (Farsightedness) and astigmatism. You should wear your eyeglasses all the time especially for near tasks such as reading and working on the computer.

Without wearing the eyeglasses you might have blurry vision, headache and eye strain.
