Hi,

Was just at annual eye appt I have 20/20 and perfect eye exam. Have experienced a couple ocular migraines the eye doctor said. First started at 34 weeks pregnant. Wondering why these occur

There is no definite cause of ocular migraine but they found a link between ocular migraine and estrogen level in the blood. The level of estrogen can be highly fluctuated during pregnancy and this can explain why you have it for the first time during pregnancy.
