Hi,
I am looking into ordering contact lenses. I have my prescription in front of me, but I am confused as to how I should order them, First, I don’t know how to convert my eye measurements to contact lenses.
Ex. Left eye 20/40 Right eye 20/100. Secondly, when I order my lenses, do I order them with my measurements of corrective lenses or without?

You should have the refractive power of your eyeglasses and it should be there with your prescription. 20/40 and 20/100 is your visual acuity and it is not the prescription.
You should look for the power of sphere and astigmatism ( cylinder ) with axis.
