Is it ok to use regular artificial tears for dry eye with latanoprost ophthalmic eye drops

Thanks for your Question
Latanoprost can cause ocular surface disturbance such as dry eyes and eye irritation. You can use preservative free lubricant eye drops to treat dry eyes but you have to use it at least 30 minutes before or after latanoprost.
