Hi,

I did an OCT scan on 8-11-2018 and  found that I have macular thickness [ CSF-526 ] in my right eye , and started using the mentioned drops 3 times in a day only in One eye

I Repeated the scan again on 21-11-2018 and the result of CSF was 500

after one month on 31-12-2018  again I did the OCT and the result was 530

Please give me a proper guidance about this

Answer

Thanks for your Question

This is called central serous maculopathy. You can read about it by following this link

.

You should do Fluorescein angiography in order to find the leakage point of this subretinal fluid.

Treatment of this condition is either observation or laser photocoagulation to the leakage point if the point it away from the fovea. Micropulse laser treatment can be use if the leakage point at or near the fovea.
