Hi,

I have Myopia of -3.5 D for Both eyes. Corneal thickness is 498-495 micron.Am I eligible for Lasik operation

Thanks for your Question

According to your corneal thickness and refractive powers , I prefer to do PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy) not Lasik.

There are important things other than corneal thickness. your eye doctor should be sure than you don't have keratoconus and your retinal examination is normal.
