Hello,
As my brother has grown,his left eye has become smaller. It has now affected his self esteem.
Please apart from surgery, what else can he do to correct this problem?
He is 20 years old. He had normal sized eyes as a child till he got to about 16/17.
Now the left eye's upper eyelid is making his eye appear significantly smaller it looks like it's almost closed. The most recent picture is the one without our dad in it.

I wouldn't recommend to do any kind of cosmetic surgery. The position of eyelid is normal for his facial features.
