Hi,
I would like to use MSM drops. Would they effect my lens replacements in any way? All of my research says "no", but I wanted to double check with you.

There is no evidence that MSM Eye Drops (Methylsulfonylmethane) have any ocular benefits and it is not approved by FDA, so i'm not sure why you want to use it.
Regarding side effects, MSM is possibly safe for most of people when taken by mouth but again there are no enough data regarding the safety of it as an eye drops.
