Dear Madam/Sir,
I have a brown areas in my eye, for years now. I did not notice that they grow or so.
I will send you a picture. Should I be worried?

Most likely this flat brown pigmentation of your eye is called primary acquired melanosis of the conjunctiva. It occurs mainly in light-skinned individuals and it is usually in one eye but can occur in both eyes.
There are many types of it and most of them are benign. Changes in size, surface or vascularity of it require biopsy to rule out any malignant transformation.
