Hi,

I have serious discomfort in my left eye, it feels like something is in it or my eye is scratched. It’s super red. 2 tiny little white dots appeared on my pupil.

Thanks for your Question

Most likely you have infection conjunctivitis which can be bacterial or viral. Viral conjunctivitis is more common than bacterial infection.

First of all you have to visit an eye doctor because the treatment is different in both and most the eye drops are prescribed and you can't purchase them over the counter.

Meanwhile keep using lubricant eye drops to alleviate foreign body sensation.
