Hi,
I wear -3.00 D and -3.25 D on my left and right eye respectively. I want to buy costume scleral lenses but they come in increments of 0.5 D. What would be best to use?
They will not replace my normal lenses and will be worn a handful of times at most.

You can use 3.0D for both eyes. 0.25D undercorrection is fine and you won't feel any changes in vision. The most important thing you need to know that You need a prescription from qualified eye doctor to buy these contact lenses legally in Unites State.
You shouldn't buy it illegally as they might be expired or non-sterile. Another important thing is that you should clean it properly and keep them in clean case.
