Hi,

My vision is good with my contacts until I look at my phone. It's very distorted. Would reading glasses help?

At your age, most likely you will start to suffer from presbyopia which is inability to read without the aid of eyeglasses so it would be a good idea if you visit an optometrist for further evaluation.
