Hello, 

I have had bloodshot eyes for the past year and a half, and about three weeks ago they have gotten a lot more bloodshot and seem slightly yellow when I look to the left and to the right. I was wondering if there is something wrong with my eyes.

I have no other symptoms, no discharge, pain, or watery eyes.

From those pics that you attached, your eyes look normal and those are conjunctival and scleral blood vessels and they also look normal. Sometimes from tiredness, contact lenses, dryness and working for a long time on computer, these vessels can get congested so in this case try to get enough sleep and rest you eyes from computers and mobile for few days and also you can use lubricant eye drops.
