Hi,

My right eye is red and watery and it hurts whenever I see light.

Thanks for your Question

Most likely you have dry eyes. You can use lubricant eye drops and in case there is no improvement or you have also blurred vision you should visit your eye doctor to look for inflammation inside your eye.
