Hi,

I am having a blurred vision in my left eye, headache ( only in the left side ). No redness just a little pain. I think it is shortsightedness ( not sure ).

Please advice.

You are not sure if you have shortsightedness so the first step you should do to visit your optometrist or ophthalmologist for full eye examination.
