Question

Hi,

I get regular headaches which only ever hurt on the right side of my head. Closing my right eye dulls the pain slightly and wearing glasses just makes the pain develop at a slower rate.

What could cause this and is it something I would worry about?

Thanks

Answer

Thanks for your Question

First of all you have to be sure that you are wearing the correct refractive power. You should be examined by an optometrist to be sure about that.

For people with farsightedness, they should wear eyeglasses all the time especially when they read. Not wearing the eyeglasses with cause muscles inside the eye to spasm and lead to eye pain.

Other causes of eye pain and headache are computer eye syndrome, dry eyes, sinusitis, toothache and migraine and cluster headaches.
