Hello!

I have been seeing blurry since last 2 weeks so got my eyes checked and my prescription is attached.

Two years ago i was -0.75 right and -0.5 on left. When i went to the doc they put my old glasses on and i could still fine, then they added few things and it was only slightly better. Anyways i was told my new number is -1 for both sides.

With this number should i be seeing things blurry like someones face who is only seated only 2 feet away or something written on TV which is also placed only 2 feet away.

Also want to ask, do eye exercises, supplements and diet help improve vision and decrease prescription number.

Sorry, i can't see any attachment. Could you please attach the prescription. From what you mentioned, you have mild myopia of -1.0 D. And yes with this myopia the far distance will appear blurry without eyeglasses. 

There is no supplements or eye exercise that you can do to prevent or reduce the refractive power of your eye other than have healthy lifestyle
