Answer
Thanks for your Question
First of all you have to be sure that the pain is from the eyelid not from the eye ball itself. In stye, you will notice a painful red bump on the eyelid that you can feel it with your finger. But keep in your mind red that painful bump can be caused by chalazion also.
Stye is bacterial infection while chalazion is non-infection inflammation and unfortunately you can't differentiate between both by yourself. You should visit an eye doctor to do that.
If you have painful bump on your eyelid, you can use a combination of antibiotics and corticosteroid eye drops 2-3 times a day for 3 days. If no improvement with this eye drop, you should visit your eye doctor.

Yes i have pain on eyelid not on eye ball but there is no clear pimple or bump on the eyelid. A little bit swelling is there.

PermalinkMost likely it is chalazion. So try to use Combination of antibiotics eye drops and corticosteroid such as tobradex Eye Drops for 3-5 days.
If there is no improvement, you should visit your eye doctor.
