Good morning Doctor,

for the last few months i started to feel itch in my eye , but i thought that it was normal and today i started to itch my eye then i looked into it in the mirror and i found that my lower lacrimal punctum is like a whole , the size is not normal.

I believe  that maybe it's been cut while i was itching or something and now its like a large size lacrimal punctum .

Is this normal? What should i do ? Is it ok to leave it since i don't have any symptoms ? How can be treated?

Thanks for your Question

That is completely normal and there is nothing to worry about. You can use lubricant eye drops with anti allergic eye drops for itching.

Do you think this hole can close someday? Or will remain like this ?

As u can see in the photo i attached with the question.

I was frightened by its size , the other eye isn't like this.
