Hi,

My upper eyelid for the left eye is swollen since last night. The swelling is towards the start of the eye. There is mild pain and heaviness while blinking.

No redness in the eye or discharge. Let me know what might be the problem.

Thanks for your Question

Most likely it will be small chalazion. Use warm compress with soft massage of the upper eyelid. Sometimes tobradex eye drops twice a day for 5 days can be helpful.
