Hi,

My left upper eye is swollen and the inside is red, what should i do?

Most likely you have chalazion which is chronic inflammation of the meibomian gland. Treatment is by a combination of antibiotics and steroid

If you have red eye or blurry vision you should visit your eye doctor.
