Hi,

This lump came up a while ago, however I noticed today it has gone partially blue?

I have been having bad headaches usually from the backs of my eyes. I also today experienced a sharp pain in this eye and since I have had like a white blur at the top of my vision.

I am just wondering what this lump could be?

Most likely this is a pigmented naevus in the upper eyelid. There is nothing to do about it. You just have to visit your eye doctor if you notice any change in size, shape or it becomes tender.
