Most likely you have something called chalazion. Click here, for further information.

You need medical treatment now to reduce swelling. Use tobradex eye drops, one eye drop 3-4 times a day for 1 week then 2 times a day for one week.

If swelling and pain are gone but you still feel a bump in the eyelid then you need surgical removal of it.
