Question

Hi,

So my right eye has been twitching for about a month now non stop. At first, it would only twitch when I got stressed or that was what I noticed. But then I started to notice that it just kept on twitching and twitching non-stop and it still going on.

I would like to get help with this problem. I don't have much time to actually visit an eye doctor so that is why I'm here.

Thanks

Answer

Thanks for your Question

Eyelid twitching is harmless condition and the most common cause of eyelid twitching is stress and anxiety. Other causes such as lack of sleep, caffeine, nutrition deficiency, dry eyes and eye strain. Try to treat these things. You can watch the video for more information

You should visit the eye doctor if you have spams to other parts of the face or bodies, blurry vision and droopy eyelid.
