Hives from last 20 years. Used antihistamine (Cetrizine) on SOS Basis. Now occurrence is much lesser and is less severe. Still, I use cetrizine monthly 3-4 times depending upon occurrence of the same.

Hi,
I have chronic watery eyes and swollen eyelids problem (especially in the morning). I do not have any other symptoms like pain, itchiness or redness. Probably allergic reaction.
Which antihistamine drop should I use?

Thanks for your Question
You should use a combination of antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer such as patanol. You should also use Preservative free lubricant eye drops. Sometimes mild steroid eye drops can be used to reduce inflammation.
