Answer

Thanks for your Question

Narrow angle eye means that the anterior chamber of the eye is shallow and the angle which has the drainage system of the eye is crowded and can be occluded any time leading to sudden elevation of intraocular pressure.

There are certain measurements can be done ( these measurements depend on the severity of your condition) to prevent spikes of intraocular pressure such as YAG laser iridotomy and removal of cataract.

You should discuss with your doctor what options do you have to prevent these spikes of intraocular pressure.
