Hi,

My Wife had glaucoma surgery 4 days ago. 1 day after the surgery, the intraocular pressure is 38. 2 days after surgery, the pressure 34. Now upon putting in drops the tissue used is light pink. 

Should there be concern? 

Vision has gotten a little worse.

You didn't mention what type of surgery that your wife had. Vision is worse in the first few days post surgery is completely normal and i think you should discuss with your eye doctor about the intracoular pressure and what was his/her expectation after the surgery.
