I have the problem of farsightedness. So i wear glasses with 5.00 Diopter.

I wanted to ask how can i get my eye sight better. I have been reading some blogs on the internet and some people wrote about themselves that how they got their eyesight better.

The only way to make your eyesight  better and remove the eyeglasses is by refractive surgery such as lasik. The internet is full or misleading articles so if you have a question always as a professional.

Healthy food and vitamins help to protect your eyesight and prevent certain eye diseases such as dry eyes or age related macular degeneration but won't help to reduce farsightedness.
