Hi,

I’ve noticed I’ve had a grey raised dot on my eye for a while. I always thought it was a bit of dirt but now I’ve noticed another one has appeared. It’s on my left eye. I have also noticed my left eye has gone more blurry than usual.

You need to have full ocular examination. I can't tell if these spots are normal channel of blood vessels or pathological spots. We have to know if there is correlation between the blurry vision and these spots. Hence, complete physical examination of the eye is required with an eye doctor.
