I wear bifocals.

Hi,

I have fiber mascara in my eye and would like to know whether I should visit the doctor; or is there something that I can do for myself?

If you don't have red eye or eye discharge you can use preservative free lubricant eye drops to wash your eyes with it. If you don't feel any improvement or there is red eye or discharge you should visit your eye doctor.
