Hi,
I want to know can i use ocurest ah eye drop for my 10 month old baby.

For Information :- My baby has watering eye problem from birth, some water coming out from his eye all the time. We have did check up with various eye doctors, all of them are saying this is due to the blockage of the tear duct and nose connection due to which water not passing to nose it came out.

So the eye doctor suggest us to do the eye exercise and use the Motogram eye drop continuously.
Also one thing we have mark that when my baby has cold then water came out more.

Recently we had a check with a pediatric who told us don't use Motogram eye drop instead that use Ocurest-AH eye drop.

So could you please help me out can i use this Ocurest-AH eye drop for my 10 month old baby ?
Which one is good Motogram or Ocurest-AH for my baby symptom ?

You baby condition is caused by blocked tear duct and nasal massage in the right way should help him. After the age of 12 month, if no improvement then surgical intervention is the only way. First by probing and if no improvement then insertion of special tube inside the tear duct to keep it open an patent.

Ocurest ah eye drop has anti histamine and it is not helpful in your baby condition and we prefer not to use Motogram eye drop for baby under 16 years old.

You can use Tobramycin eye drops as it is safer for babies and also it should be used only if there is red eye and yellowish discharge. You shouldn't use it all the time.
