Is it normal for a 2 year old to be constantly blinking?

There are many causes of excessive blinking in kids. The most common causes are dry eyes and refractive errors. Other causes such as corneal or conjunctival foreign body, allergic conjunctivitis, eyelid problems, stress and fatigue.
I recommend that you visit a pediatric eye doctor in order to have full eye examination of your kid.
